Gymnastics Holiday Camp Half Day

Half day Gymnastics Holiday Camp running from 9am to 1pm.

This Gymnastics Holiday Camp is designed for children aged 5–12 yrs who enjoy being active and developing their gymnastics skills. Running from 9.00am–3.00pm, participants will be supervised by experienced coaches and take part in a structured programme focused on strength and conditioning, movement development and gymnastics progression.

Throughout the camp, gymnasts will work on key skills including body tension, balance, coordination and spatial awareness whilst building confidence across a range of apparatus. Sessions are designed to support individual development, helping participants refine existing skills and safely progress towards more challenging movements. The camp provides a fun, supportive and energetic environment where children can stay active, build confidence and continue their gymnastics journey.

Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for gymnastics and bring a packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle.
